Diet and exercise

It's been a month now since I loose 10 pounds. Yes the combination of diet and exercise works for me. I reduce eating carbs especially the rice as it gets my belly stuffed that is what I noticed.With i spoon of rice each meal I am content. I substitute it with yam instead. I am in my best of shape and ideal weight now than I was 3 months ago.
