Foods that Burns fat


Certainly there is really no foods that burn fat in your body but instead there are foods that assist and boost your metabolism. These foods are protein and fiber. Protein foods takes more energy to digest than fats and carbohydrates. The food rich in protein are red meat, white tuna, salmon, spinach, avocados, asparagus, among others. Fiber can be purchased in supplement stores and this is very good as it helps in having a regular normal bowel movements.
